Daniel Cort is a native of Greenville, SC. He graduated from Furman University in 1994 and made the move to the Lowcountry in 1996. In 1998, Daniel worked with over 250 master-planned communities and national builders, generating over a billion dollars in sales during that time.

In 2012, Daniel and his wife, Debbie Cort adopted a baby girl, Lilyanna Eden. Daniel wanted to be closer to his family, so he took a developer sales position at Hilton Head Lakes in Hardeeville, SC. After 17 successful months in developer sales, the Charles Sampson Group of Charter One Realty offered Debbie and Daniel a sales opportunity.

Daniel is into community theater and golf. Likewise, he is active in church involvement, charitable organizations, community events, and school productions. He continues to grow personally and in business. He certainly has an incredible passion and knowledge about real estate, Hilton Head, and the Lowcountry.
